Gala Concert Rehearsal
Monday 15th March
All Students involved with the Gala concert need to be ready to go on the buses at 7.35am Monday 15th March DO NOT BE LATE.
The bus will be back before the end of school.
YOU MUST WEAR WHAT YOU WILL WEAR FOR THE CONCERT. BLACK TROUSERS, WHITE SHIRT AND BLACK SHOES.
This is a change from before and is because the photographer will be coming in.

"Loreto Monthly Coolection: This month we are collecting toothbrushes and toothpaste. All donations go the Loreto program, which then delivers the goods to orphanages and shelters. Please, contribute to the program. (You can leave the donations in your homeroom; Loreto group will collect them by the end of March)"

Library printer!
Did you know that there is a new printer in the Library which has a double-sided (duplex) function?
You need to select ‘duplex’ in ‘properties’ before you print.

Now you only need to print on one side for good copies and final drafts.

 ALL OTHER PRINTING SHOULD BE BACK TO BACK.

Many thanks to students who are aware of not wasting paper and who are selective with their print jobs.

Absolutely NO thanks to those of you who print pages and pages of large font, single –sided ‘stuff’ and leave it lying around for us to put in the scrap paper box. Why bother printing it in the first place, if you don’t need it? Hmmm?

MS/HS Choir reminders

* All choir members must have their Gala Concert uniform approved by Ms. Lovig by the end of this week.
* There will be a rehearsal during the morning break on Friday, March 12.  Be on time and well-prepared!

Attention: Students in grades 6 – 11. If you are considering attending a summer school this summer, please come by my office Rm. 3.11 to chat with me and to look over materials for a variety of summer school programmes. There are a variety of programmes from the arts to academics for you to look over. The time to plan for this sort of class is now.
